What counts as a billable transaction?
Only successful transfers are billed. Failed transfers, balance queries, status checks, and webhook deliveries are completely free. Each atomic transfer operation counts as one transaction, regardless of how many accounts are involved.
How do volume discounts work?
Volume discounts are applied automatically based on your monthly usage. Discounts start at 100K transactions (10% off) and scale up to 50% off for very high volumes. Enterprise customers can get custom rates.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated. There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments.
